- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Bake on a baking sheet for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Simmer baked meatballs in marinara sauce for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Serve with spaghetti or crusty bread.
