- 1 lb boneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup cornstarch or arrowroot powder
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- Sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with cornstarch until coated evenly.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until crispy and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour sauce over cooked chicken, toss to coat evenly, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili sauce.
- Serve with steamed rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
