  • 1/2 cup cornstarch or arrowroot powder
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • Sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with cornstarch until coated evenly.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until crispy and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  4. Pour sauce over cooked chicken, toss to coat evenly, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
