Instructions
- Marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- Mix flour with cayenne, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge marinated chicken in the seasoned flour.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels, then coat with hot sauce mixture.
- Assemble sandwiches with chicken, pickles, and more hot sauce if desired, inside toasted buns.
