  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sriracha or chili sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Mix soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and rice vinegar in a bowl, then pour into the skillet.
  5. Add cooked chicken back to the skillet and toss to coat with sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
