- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sriracha or chili sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Mix soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and rice vinegar in a bowl, then pour into the skillet.
- Add cooked chicken back to the skillet and toss to coat with sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- You can adjust the heat level by varying the amount of sriracha.
- Serve over rice or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
