Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Mix in cooked noodles and toss to combine thoroughly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
