- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, Moroccan spices, salt, and pepper.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and tender.
- In a small bowl, mix tahini, honey, lemon juice, and a little water until smooth.
- Drizzle the tahini-honey sauce over the roasted cauliflower before serving.
