Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the turkey by removing giblets and patting dry.
- Rub the turkey with olive oil and season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Stuff the cavity with rosemary and lemon slices.
- Place in a roasting pan and roast for about 13-15 minutes per pound, basting occasionally.
- Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 20 minutes before carving and serve.
