Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Dice potatoes and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy; set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook beef slices until browned.
- Combine roasted potatoes, beef, and bacon; toss gently.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
