Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a larger bowl, cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, mixing well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, mixing until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread dough evenly in the prepared pan and top with sprinkles.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden around edges.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a crunchier top, add a sprinkle of extra sugar before baking.
- Can be made gluten-free by using a suitable flour blend.
