- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cottage cheese or ricotta
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam or blanch broccoli until tender, then drain.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, broccoli, cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if desired.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked turkey or ham in place of chicken.
- Add hot sauce or spices for extra flavor.
- For a lighter version, use reduced-fat cheeses and Greek yogurt.
