- 1 lb cooked shredded chicken or beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

- 1 tsp chili powder

- Fresh cilantro and lime for garnish
- Salsa and sour cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking or heat oil if frying.
- Mix cooked meat with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Warm tortillas to make them pliable.
- Place a spoonful of meat and cheese on each tortilla, roll tightly.
- Place on a baking sheet or fry until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with salsa and sour cream.
Notes
- For extra crunch, bake at high heat or fry until crispy.
- Adjust spice levels to taste.
