Instructions
- Warm the milk and melt butter; combine with pumpkin, egg, sugar, salt, and spices. Mix well.
- Add flour and yeast to the mixture; knead until smooth and elastic, about 8 minutes.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough, shape into rolls, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let rise again for 30 minutes, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, then drizzle with cream cheese frosting and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
