Instructions
- Prepare the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Cook the potstickers in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add sliced bell peppers and cook until tender.
- Stir in cooked noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil, tossing to combine.
- Serve noodles topped with crispy potstickers, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

- Feel free to add other vegetables like snow peas or shredded carrots for extra crunch.
- Make your own potstickers from scratch or use frozen ones for convenience.
