Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Grill chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
- During the last 2 minutes of grilling, top each chicken with salsa verde and shredded pepper jack cheese, close lid, and cook until cheese melts.
- Remove from grill, garnish with cilantro and lime wedges, and serve hot.
