- 1 loaf of French bread or sub rolls
- 200g sliced turkey or chicken deli meat
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup fresh lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup sliced pickles
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Fresh herbs (parsley, oregano)
Instructions
- Slice the bread and layer with deli meats, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
- Mix mayonnaise and mustard, spread over the fillings.
- Wrap and bake at 375°F for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Slice and serve immediately with fresh herbs on top.
