- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Optional: sliced jalapenos, sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and warm the tortillas for about 30 seconds each.
- Mix shredded chicken with barbecue sauce until well coated.
- Spread a layer of the chicken mixture on each tortilla, then top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly, then grill for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy and cheese melts.
- Slice in half and serve with extra barbecue sauce or sour cream if desired.
Notes
- You can substitute grilled chicken breasts sliced thinly for shredded chicken.
- Add avocado slices for extra creaminess.
