Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to smooth edges.
  3. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.

  7. Brush the edges with beaten egg. Sprinkle with granulated sugar.
