Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper.

- In a bowl, mix coconut milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Pour the coconut lemon mixture over the fish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the fish is flaky and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
