Ingredients

  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can black beans (15 oz), drained
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Sour cream for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook ground beef until browned. Add diced onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  2. Stir in diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, taco seasoning, and beef broth.
