- 2 cups fresh or frozen green peas

Instructions
- Cook the peas in boiling water until tender, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drain the peas and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add the peas, salt, and pepper; toss to coat and heat through for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh peas for the best flavor, but frozen work well too.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
