  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, warm the milk and dissolve yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add pumpkin, melted butter, vanilla, and the yeast mixture. Mix until dough forms.
  3. Knead on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, Cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out dough into a rectangle.
  5. Spread with additional melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, then roll tightly.
  6. Cut into 12 slices and place on a greased baking dish. Let rise for 30 minutes.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Mix powdered sugar with milk to make icing. Drizzle over warm rolls and serve.
