- 3 lb beef roast (sirloin or rump)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the mixture evenly over the beef roast.
- Place the beef on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium rare.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

- For a richer glaze, brush with extra honey during baking.
- Serve with roasted vegetables and seasonal sides.
