- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 8 oz Brie cheese, sliced

- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Top each with sliced Brie cheese and cranberries.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh thyme and serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh cranberries for the best flavor; frozen can be substituted.
- For an extra touch, add a sprinkle of chopped pecans before baking.
