Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion, salt, pepper, and garlic until browned.
- Mix cooked beef with cream of mushroom soup, bell peppers, and cooked rice or potatoes.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is golden.
