Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant.
- Sear the steak slices until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Add vegetables, stir-fry until tender-crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce and rice vinegar, cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
