- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl and pour over chicken.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until chicken is tender and cooked through.
- If desired, thicken the sauce by removing chicken and stirring in cornstarch mixed with water; cook until thickened.
- Serve chicken sliced, topped with sauce, sesame seeds, and green onions over rice or vegetables.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken thighs for breasts for more flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of brown sugar.
