Instructions
- Add potatoes, onion, garlic, and broth into the crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Once cooked, mash some potatoes for creaminess, then stir in heavy cream or milk.
- Season with salt and pepper, then top with crumbled bacon and chopped green onions before serving.
