- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, heat cranberry sauce until simmering.
- Serve meatballs with cranberry sauce drizzled over or on the side.
Notes
- You can prepare the meatballs ahead and bake just before serving.
- Adjust cranberry sauce quantity for more glaze or sauce on the side.
