- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz Brie cheese, sliced or cubed
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut puff pastry into 24 small squares and place in mini muffin tins.
- Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and add a slice of Brie into each pastry cup.
- Return to oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Top each with cranberry sauce and garnish with herbs. Serve warm.
