For the streusel topping:

- 4 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Gradually add flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until combined. Stir in sour cream.
- In a small bowl, mix streusel ingredients until crumbly. Set aside.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets. Sprinkle with streusel topping.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool before serving.
