- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced into strips

Instructions
- Preheat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
- Arrange three shallow bowls: one with flour seasoned with salt, pepper, and paprika; one with beaten eggs; and one with crushed pretzels.
- Dip each chicken strip in flour, then egg, then coat thoroughly with crushed pretzels.
- Fry chicken in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Top with shredded cheese in the last minute, allowing it to melt before serving.
