- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, plant-based milk, salt, and pepper to form a batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Spray or lightly brush with olive oil, and air fry for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
- Toss the cooked cauliflower in buffalo sauce and serve with optional garnishes.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double coat the cauliflower in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Adjust spice level by modifying buffalo sauce quantity.
