Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with crushed popcorn mixed with spices (paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper).
- Dip chicken pieces in flour, then eggs, then coat thoroughly with popcorn mixture.
- Arrange coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
