Instructions
- Heat vegan butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in cauliflower florets and cook until they begin to soften.
- Pour in coconut milk and add nutritional yeast, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer until cauliflower is tender and sauce thickens.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
