Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly with sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
