Instructions
- Cook rice in broth according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook steak strips until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
- Once rice is cooked, stir in cheese and milk until creamy.
- Top rice with cooked steak strips, garnish with cilantro, and serve with lime wedges if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add diced onions or peppers while cooking the steak. Use your preferred cheese for a different twist.
