- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
- Chopped chives or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Cool under cold water, peel, and halve lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl. Mash yolks until smooth.
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until creamy and well combined.
- Spoon or pipe the filling back into egg whites.
- Garnish with paprika and chopped herbs. Serve chilled.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or Worcestershire sauce to the filling.
- Use fresh eggs for best results.
