Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Cool under cold water, peel, and halve lengthwise.
  2. Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl. Mash yolks until smooth.
