Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.

- Gradually whisk in milk, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Add shredded cheese and Dijon mustard, stirring until cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.
- Mix in cooked chicken and pasta, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional cheese or herbs if desired.

- You can use rotisserie chicken for an even quicker meal.
