- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 package gnocchi (about 16 oz)
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic, cook until translucent.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Stir in gnocchi and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add shredded chicken and heavy cream, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, crumbled bacon, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use freshly cooked or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Adjust cream for desired richness.
- Top with extra bacon or cheese if desired.
