- 2 cups prepared stuffing
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries, chopped

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing, cranberries, onions, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Roll each ball in flour, then dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Fry the balls in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per batch.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm, garnished with extra herbs or cranberries if desired.

- You can bake these in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes as a healthier alternative.
