Instructions
- Place beef stew meat into the slow cooker and add beef broth, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until beef is tender.
- Near the end of cooking, boil ramen noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- Serve beef and broth over noodles in bowls, topped with halved boiled eggs and sliced green onions.
