Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, toss diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In the last 10 minutes, add sliced sausage and sprinkle cheese over the potatoes.
- Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.

- Cut potatoes into uniform pieces for even cooking.
- Adjust cheese and sausage to taste.
- Extra ranch dressing can be added for more flavor.
