- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla.
- Mix wet ingredients into dry until just combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- In a small bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar (if using).
- Pour half of batter into pan, spread cream cheese evenly, then top with remaining batter.
- Swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use fresh blueberries for best results.
- Optional: sprinkle additional blueberries on top before baking.
- Serve warm or at room temperature for best flavor.
