Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Mix wet ingredients into dry until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in blueberries.
  6. In a small bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar (if using).
  7. Pour half of batter into pan, spread cream cheese evenly, then top with remaining batter.
  8. Swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
