- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook bacon slices until crispy, then chop into pieces.
- Mix honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and garlic powder to make the glaze.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and brush with half of the glaze.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, top with cheese and bacon, then bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese melts.
- Drizzle with remaining glaze and garnish with herbs. Serve hot.

- Adjust the amount of cheese and bacon to suit your preference.
- You can broil for a few minutes for extra crispy bacon on top.
