- 8 slider buns
- 8 slices cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Divide ground beef into 8 small patties, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
- Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Toast slider buns lightly in the skillet.
- Assemble sliders by placing beef patties on buns, topping with pickles, onions, ketchup, and mustard. Cover with top buns.
